MUS060 - Music 6

All 6th graders who are not currently enrolled in a performing music class are required to attend a general music class for one semester (two marking periods), 2-3 periods per week. MUS085 - MS Concert Choir

Students will learn the basic elements of music which include reading music in both the treble and bass clefs, sight-singing, melody, harmony, rhythm, tone color, dynamics and tempo. They will be able to demonstrate this mastery through choral performances at least three times throughout the school year.

MUS086 - MS Handbell Choir

Middle School Handbell classes will learn the basic elements of music which include reading notes in both treble and bas clefs, melody, harmony, rhythm, tone color, dynamics and tempo. They will be able to demonstrate this mastery through performances at least three times throughout the school year.

MUS087 - MS Band
