Physical Education is a course designed to help each student develop and maintain a suitable level of physical fitness commensurate with his or her individual needs and abilities. Each student will be challenged to improve their individual fitness levels in a way that is pleasing to God. The aim of the Physical Education classes is to assist the student in developing coordination, physical skills, and mental adaptability. The emphasis is on co-educational activities such as golf, volleyball, and other individual lifetime sports. In the physical activities, the goal is also to encourage good sportsmanship and Christian testimony. Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body. 1 Corinthians 6:19, 20.
