Mrs. Kertland has been teaching at Harrisburg Christian School since 2004. She has been involved in both teaching and home educating for 13 years. She is a graduate of Kutztown University. Teaching students to love Literature (especially Shakespeare!) is one of her goals. Mrs. Kertland is the wife of David Kertland, Associate Pastor at Trinity Presbyterian Church, Harrisburg. The Kertlands have four children: Tim and Hannah, 2006 graduates of HCS, and Jon and Mike, presently students at HCS.
